When I was a kid, my family always praised me and told me that if I eat too many carbohydrates for a week, I'm going to get fat and obese. That's when I started to have "Anorexia", now whenever I look at my body through the mirror, I imagine myself very fat, Since my diet is always very restricted, I can only eat foods that have low carbohydrate nutrition , every time I see fast food, I feel like eating, but I can't. Because if I eat that, I'll get fat.
Treatment: Medical treatment may be needed to regain normal weight. Psychotherapy aims to help recover self-esteem and stabilize behavior changes.

Empathy in times of pandemic - Covid-19
ARTHUR
People who have lost their family members to covid-19
Almost everyone in this world has already lost a family
member to covid-19. A real example is that of Dona Rosaria, Nabil's mother, who
was also one of the first Brazilian women to lose her child to the virus.
“She's on the antidepressant so far and she can't cry.
And she complains that she can't cry. Not doing the rituals we couldn't do,
funerals, wakes, masses... People come to comfort us, the fact that we can't do
anything like that and the renewal of tragedy every day, in a growing process
causing the effect of a permanent state of shock, trauma, at the same time,
makes it very difficult for us to be able to mourn ourselves”, lamented Nabil's
brother, Paul Kardous.
It is very
difficult for all people to have to deal with the death of a family member ,
because besides being very sad you are scared because you can also get the
covid-19 .
If I were a
person who lost a family member or even a friend to covid-19, I would be very
sad and pray a lot for that person.
LUCAS
MATHIAS
COVID-19 is a
viral infection very similar to the common cold. In most cases the symptoms are
mild and moderate, but the lack of care for people without the mask and proper
hygiene favors the transmission of the virus and developing severe forms in
people in the risk group.
Many families
have already lost loved ones, so these people became aware and took protective
measures against covid-19.
It is necessary to
practice empathy every day and especially in times of pandemic because it
regulates our emotions during stressful periods. It's important to stay
connected, aware, generous, hold back the criticism, and the main thing to help.
Helping with what
you can, such as: donations, volunteering, distributing lunchboxes because many
families lost their jobs and were unable to support themselves at home.
Listening, welcoming
and supporting people with their emotional needs is doing good for others and
for oneself because it makes the soul richer.

Consequences and causes of COVID 19
to Covid-19, which brought together, throughout 2020, more than 160 specialists from our technical staff in search of solutions to save lives. With the support of our technological infrastructure and responsiveness, our scientists have formulated a series of agile solutions in the areas of prevention, disease treatment and hospital support. Since the beginning of the pandemic, we have donated more than 600,000 tests to society. Along with 5 other companies, we are donating to the Ministry of Health 3.4 million medicines for intubation, enough to maintain 500 ICU beds. And a total of 2,500 oxygen cylinders are being donated to public hospitals in 12 states. Each state will receive 200 cylinders, including the Amazon, which had already received 100. Donations. More than 500,000 masks, donated to protect against the coronavirus and currently more than 60 million have been vaccinated here in Brazil, and deaths a day currently, 1,383 have gone down, a lot and to prevent, we must use a mask, wash the hand, alcohol in gel every time you leave or arrive somewhere. And people recovered, have more than 15,596,816 million recovered. Most common symptoms: fever dry cough tiredness Less common symptoms: aches and pains sore throat diarrhea conjunctivitis headache loss of taste or smell skin rash or discoloration of fingers or toes Those are all symptoms about coronavirus. The consequences of the new coronavirus to the organism can vary from a mild or asymptomatic condition to a complete "metabolic chaos", a term that helps to measure the possible impact of the infection on various organs and systems, compromising their functions, which it can even lead to death. And in my opinion, we should all take care of ourselves until we are all vaccinated.

Presidente do Brasil
1-Lais
Jair Messias Bolsonaro is a retired captain, politician and current president of Brazil. He was federal deputy for seven terms between 1991 and 2018, being elected through different parties throughout his career. He was elected President of Brazil by the Liberal Social Party, to which he was elected in November 2019. Born on March 21, 1955 (age 66), he has 5 children: Eduardo Bolsonaro, Flávio Bolsonaro, Carlos Bolsonaro, Renan Bolsonaro and Laura Bolsonaro. He has twice married Michelle Bolsonaro (since 2007), Rogéria Nantes Nunes Braga (from 1978 to 1997).
2-Samara
If I were president in the current pandemic scenario, I would feel extremely overwhelmed and would be very concerned about trying to set a good example. I would feel that the lives of thousands of people would be in my hands, enormous pressure. If I were in this situation, I would triple my attention to all my actions and attitudes to avoid as much as possible the spread of the virus, consequently the death of people.
3-Gabriela
As president his steps and decisions are being seen by everyone so if I were in his position I would be more careful with international relations. By the time PFIZER vaccines were offered to Brazil, if I were president, I would have agreed to vaccinate the population. The choice of unprepared or negligent people in government at a time of crisis by the pandemic is detrimental to the country, so if I had the power to choose the ministers of the country, I would choose the people who most identified with the position and who had an aptitude for the required area.
4-Leticia
This feeling I have of many people loving me and at the same time many people hating me is very strange because I get a lot of affectionate messages but at the same time I receive a lot of hate messages or even threats, sometimes I get upset with Lots of people hating me is a horrible feeling and I don't wish it on anyone, but I'm also very happy that there are people who like me.
5-Marina
If were the president of Brazil, I would certainly be very nervous if they put me this
big responsibility to take care of a country, even if they started to charge me too many things at the same time, if they kept talking bad about me, and if they kept playing hate for sure, and if they tried to attack me I would freak because I would know I was doing my best, and you can't please everyone, and if they liked me I would be very happy, but in today's time if this responsibility is descended on me, I would refuse because I'm aware that I don't have a psychology for that

What would we do if were i their shoes
Racism
I do not know what i would do if i were in their place because honestly its difficult for people to have a preconception because of a color.
Feminism
And empathy are two things that go together. Feminism is not about laying down rules out there, but about giving women the freedom to make their own choices according to what they believe in and feel good about, while empathy is about respecting that choice, no matter what. If you want to understand a little more about feminism, start practicing empathy, Often, in an eagerness to defend our ideas and fight for what we believe, we end up forgetting a crucial point for human coexistence: empathy. It is also necessary to put yourself in the other's shoes, imagine what it would be like to go through that situation and consider all the possibilities before judging. Have more empathy for others! #equality
Indios
I do not know what I will would if it was Índio because it must be very difficult to be Índio because they do not have access to a good education and also do not

I do not know what I would do in the place of gays because I am not one but if I were and would do everything that my community could live in a normal society without prejudice and deaths because many gays die because they are gay and this causes a lot of disagreement in all communities.
Africans
And I can't describe what it must be like to be in their shoes as they suffer so much.
But one of the ways to help them is to donate children's toys, clothing, food, and governments donate food and water to them.

Mental health
Mental Health
People affected by mental health are often misunderstood,
stigmatized, excluded or marginalized by false concepts, what
matters is to clarify for some people who insist that
mental illnesses are just a result of the imagination,
that it is laziness or just a passing phase and that is
not it must be given a lot of importance, because then you will be motivating this 'fantasy'.
Throughout life we can be affected by mental health problems of greater or lesser severity, the most common among them are: Anxiety, Depression, Dependence on alcohol and other drugs.
It is estimated that in every 100 people, 30 suffer or will suffer, at some point, mental health problems and that about 12 have a serious mental illness.
Depression is the most common mental illness and is an important cause of disability.
Approximately 1 in 100 people suffer from schizophrenia.
The WHO (World Health Organization) shows that 86% of Brazilians have some mental disorder, such as anxiety and depression.
Some phases, such as entering school, adolescence, aging, or events and difficulties, such as the loss of a close relative, divorce or unemployment, can cause mental health disturbances.
Genetic, infectious or traumatic factors can be the cause of serious illnesses.
Unfortunately, mental health is still taboo in Brazil, even though Brazil is one of the biggest countries with people who suffer from it.
Treatment should always be sought, as recovery is more effective the earlier the treatment.
Even in the most serious diseases it is possible to control and reduce symptoms and, through rehabilitation measures, we can all help, supporting, not stigmatizing, rehabilitating, integrating.
Individuals affected by mental health problems are citizens in their own right. They should not be excluded from the rest of society, but supported in their full integration into the family, school, workplace and community.
The school must promote the integration of children with this type of disorder into regular education.
More opportunities must be created in the world of work for people with mental illnesses.
The involvement of families in the care and rehabilitation of these people is recognized as a key factor for treatment success.
To maintain good mental health, do not isolate yourself, strengthen family and friendship ties, diversify your interests and always consult a specialist doctor at the slightest sign of mental or emotional disturbance.
Não seja um espectador pacifico da vida!
Contribua para promover a sua saúde mental e a dos outros.
